Joe Jr. found 3 different ways to lose this weekend! On Friday he went red, on Saturday the car picked up .060 for the breakout loss, and today the car slowed up .030 for the loss. All in all it was a fun weekend and it will take some time to get used to the 1/4 mile again, but we shall try again next weekend!

Joe Jr. lost in the 4th round going red. It was a great night of racing with perfect weather, well except for the rain shower. Really!! The only rain in the state of Ohio and it HAS to go over the racetrack?? The first of 2 $5000 to win races is today. Look for updates as the race goes on!

Joe Soucek Sr. went red by .005 in the third round of competition today. Joe Jr. was dead late in the fourth round with a .050 light against Andy Bailey. Still one more chance on Sunday for Soucek Racing to take home one of the $1,000 to win races!

Joe Soucek Jr. was still in both the box and no box gamblers races when it was rained out in the second round. Joe Soucek Sr. was still in the no box class. Big $1,000 combo race on tap for Saturday!

Joe Jr. lost today in the 3rd round to CJ Yeager. In a close race that had Joe Jr. taking the stripe by .008 and breaking out by .001 more than CJ. Joe Sr. fell in the first round at the hands of Steve Obertanec.

In the first race of the 2012 season at Dragway 42 Joe Soucek Jr. went 7 rounds to take home the win!  This was an all run Gamblers race with both box and no-box cars in the race.  The final 4 rounds of this race had Joe running delay box cars. Leaving off the Bottom Bulb, Joe was able to have the advantage on the tree in each of these races and pulled off the win!  See Dragway42.com for full results!  The 2012 Summit Super Series starts this weekend on Sunday May 6th.
